Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.


Shipping Locations

We ship throughout the USA and Canada directly from our warehouse Canada. We are working on worldwide shipping (Coming soon)


Shipping Methods & Times

We offer a range of shipping options at checkout depending on your location. Average delivery times are:

  • Canada: 1–5 business days

  • USA: 1–7 business days

Please note: delivery times may vary due to customs, local postal services, or peak periods.


Shipping Rates

  • All rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.


Damaged, Lost or Delayed Packages

Once Item is handed over and scanned into courier system. If your package is damaged, delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
We are not responsible for Damage, delayed or loss packages, but we’ll do our best to support you if issues arise.


Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping fees.
