Pre-order policy

Pre-Order Policy

Please review the following terms before placing a pre-order.

Shipping  

All pre-orders will ship within 2 business days after we receive the product from our distributor.

Release Dates  

All release dates are set by the manufacturer or distributor and are subject to change. Delays may occur and are outside of our control.

Orders with Multiple Items  

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.  
If you would like items sooner, please place separate orders.

Cancellations & Refunds  

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded 5 days after the product or Products original purchase date. 

Cancellation Or Refund requests made before this 5 -day window will be subject to a 10% administration and restocking fee.

Any cancellation or refund request after the five day Window will not be granted this is in place to keep our community safe and honest.
